Shipping Policy
All estimated processing times are listed on the corresponding product page (right below the checkout button). Best efforts are given to process all orders within the estimated times listed. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. No other communication should be expected unless there is an issue with your order. Processing times are subject to change, so be sure to check the current processing time before placing your order.
Custom orders or personalized items such as photo prints may be delayed due to email correspondence time or artwork design and digital photo enhancements if required.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic shipping is FREE for most items. For some products, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 4100 Nebo Road, Madisonville, KY 42431. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within the listed processing time. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup is by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for select products to select countries including but not limited to: Canada, Australia, Mexico, and parts of Europe.
Minimum order value may apply for international orders.
For international orders, please contact sales@prettyinpolkadots.com and we will assist you with placing your order.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pretty In Polka Dots is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. No communication should be expected until your order has shipped. Please refer to the processing times listed on the day of purchase. The current estimated processing times are listed on each product page. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available once your item has shipped.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@prettyinpolkadots.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
